Pro tip: always ask for the tortilla to be grilled whether its a quesadilla or burrito bc not all places do that. Other than that this place seasons their meats well and have great sides. I recommend going on a wednesday and gettinf the $10 california burrito and dining in so you can get some chips and salsa on the side. Speaking of salsa they offer over 5 varieties of salsas PLUS pico de gallo, jalapenos, limes, and rabanos on the side with to go containers. Worth it just for that alone! They have other specials depending on the day. All in all its a great place to grab some good food any time.

First time to try this place. Close to my home. Had it Uber delivered. Uber is great on keeping you updated on the delivery of your food. I received a message from Uber stating that my delivery driver was on his way. I had previously left instructions to meet me at the front door for my delivery. I had turned on my alarm systems front door camera to keep an eye on the driver. I saw the car coming down my street, I was standing by my door, waiting for the doorbell to ring. It was taking longer than what I thought it should so I looked out the window and saw his car going down the street away from my house. He never rang the doorbell. He didn’t even knock on anything, the door nor the window. I immediately called because Uber gives you the delivery driver‘s phone number. So I called him. Needless to say, I was not very pleasant with him. All the other drivers that I’ve ever had with Uber they had the same instructions and directions managed to ring the doorbell, and I managed to get to the door to get my delivery. But not this time. I don’t understand why people don’t comprehend and understand things. I know I’m rambling but come on!! Then it was time to taste test my dinner from a restaurant I had never been to before like I said. The taco I got was OK. The rice and beans were as bland as you could get, no flavor at all. I also got two stringy beef enchiladas. They sure looked good. Let me tell you that. That is where the whole thing goes wrong. Looks can be deceiving. And in this case, they were. I tasted the enchilada, it had red sauce on it, and that spice was so freaking hot… my mouth was on fire. I am so disappointed in this meal. I’ve been reading and looking at this specific restaurant for months. And due to my health, I can’t get out and go in person to check it out so I’m at the Mercy of the Internet. I am definitely learning that things have been changing as far as the takeout deliveries for food are going. The quality goes down, as do the size of the portions. The size of the meals goes down, but the prices keep going up and up and up. I feel sorry for these families that have several children that want to take them out for a nice getaway family dinner. They about to have to take out a second or even a third mortgage on their house just to do it. When is this bullshit gonna stop? Thank you for letting me rant. I just threw away over $30.00 on home delivery. And, I had free delivery!! I lowered the tip bc the restaurant was so close to me. Never going there again!!!

Best drive-thru Mexican and Americanized Mexican soul food I know of. I especially adore their asada, adobada, and chorizo. Super Nachos, Super Burrito, Mini-Tacos, and Carne Asada fries are all fantastic.

All I can say is EWWW. Came on a Saturday afternoon and bought the special with enchilada and beef burrito with medium drink. So the horchata I got was DISGUSTING, Had to spit it out, I don’t know what it was but my hubby said they watered it down too much. The beef in the burrito was dry as can be, sorta like dried shredded beef, like shredded jerky. And ohhhh the rice 😒🤦🏻♀️ I have no words for a unflavored hard rice 😣 possibly out of a bag. And the beans tasted so so, a little burnt but the enchilada sauce covered that. I’m sorry for everyone who eats here because this was awful “MEXICAN FOOD” DEFINITELY NOT AUTHENTIC.. Needless to say I tossed the plate and won’t go back.

My go to order is always Pozole 💯 👌 😋 I always ask if it's recently made 1st(9/10) it has been. I always go thru drive-thru, I'm spoiled that way (I stay warm & toasty). Husband & Wife (morning shift) are great!!! 2nd best to my homemade Pozole. I recommend their Pozole for sure.

Waiting for California Burrito to open was S O worth it! They have fantastic customer service and hands down the best burritos I’ve ever had!
